Classification of smart fire extinguishing materials
2021-01-07

Intelligent fire extinguishing material is an innovative invention of the fire protection industry.

As a simple, low-cost and highly reliable independent automatic fire extinguishing system, it does not require any surges, no special smoke and temperature detectors, no complicated equipment and pipelines, and simply paste inside the equipment. Accurately and effectively detect and extinguish the fire source, and extinguish the fire at the initial stage.

The project cost can be greatly reduced, and the single fire extinguishing cost can be reduced, and it will not cause any harm to personnel.

Features

The integrated patch of intelligent fire extinguishing material is composed of intelligent fire extinguishing agent and base material. The intelligent fire extinguishing agent is a solid chemical mixture consisting of an oxidizer, a reducing agent and various auxiliary agents. It can quickly produce a large amount of fire extinguishing gas in an open flame.

The base material is a plastic part that is bonded with a smart fire extinguishing agent, and flame-retardant ABS, PPS, nylon, etc. are usually used.

It can be installed directly in the cabinet, which is simple, compact and exquisite. On the basis of not changing the original equipment and fire protection engineering, all independent servers, power distribution cabinets, switch cabinets and other small space equipment can be simply pasted and used.

Fire classification

Intelligent fire extinguishing materials can be used to extinguish class A surface fires, class B, C, E, and F fires.

A: Solid fire

Such as wood, coal, cotton, wool, hemp, paper, etc. are divided into solid surface fire and solid deep fire source.

B: Liquid fire and meltable solid fire

Such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, crude oil, methanol, ethanol, asphalt, paraffin, etc.

C: gas fire

Such as coal gas, natural gas, methane, ethane, propane, oxygen.

D: Metal fire

Such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, aluminum-magnesium alloys and so on.

E: Live fire

Use charged objects and precision instruments, etc.

F: cooking oil fire

Cooking items in cooking appliances (such as animal and vegetable fats and oils).
